Shipping

All orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia within 2-5 business days (custom prints may take up to 8 business days)

  • Standard Post within Australia is generally between 2-6 business days

  • Express Post is 1-3 business days depending on which state you’re in. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please note we do not take any responsibility for postal delays, lost or damaged parcels.

  • International Shipping is calculated at the checkout as it is based on the shipping destination. We do not bear the cost of any taxes or duties that may be applied at customs upon reaching your Country. Shipping times will vary depending on destination but will usually arrive within a 3 week time frame. Please note that we do not take responsibility for shipping/customs related delays or for lost or damaged parcels.

Returns & Exchanges on Clothing

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size of clothing. In the event the product is faulty, please email hello@finchandmae.com.au with a description and photo of the fault and we will be in contact to discuss an exchange, refund or store credit depending on your preference and what we have in stock at the time.

Returns & Exchanges on Prints

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds/exchanges on prints. We will always check the print is in perfect condition before sending out but can not take responsibility for any possible damage caused once with Australia Post. If for some reason you are unhappy with the quality of the print please email hello@finchandmae.com.au
